The City of Mattoon is seeking applicants for the position of Administrative Assistant – Parks, Lakes and Public Works.

This full-time position will act as a secretary; answer telephones, wait on the general public, and perform a variety of routine clerical work including but not limited to filing, billing, verifying and recording information, managing park reservations, and organizing payroll timesheets. Compensation range: $28,000-$35,500 commensurate with qualifications and experience.
