2020 Mattoon T-Ball Registration

2020 Mattoon T-Ball Registration Form is Now Available.
Boys and Girls Ages 4, 5, 6 & 7

*ALL DATES subject to change based on the Corona virus pandemic. We have every intention of having a T-ball season this summer. Updates can be found on Facebook at “Mattoon T-Ball”.

Coaches will collect fee at first practice.

Due to COVID-19 the sign up due date has been extended to May 1, 2020.  After May 1st special requests may not be possible and player will not have a team t-shirt or hat.

Complete and Return the Registration Form to the Park Office
