CITY OF MATTOON PUBLIC WORKS LABORERS The City of Mattoon is accepting applications for 2 laborer positions at the Street Department at 401 Dewitt Avenue East. The Street Department maintains streets, sidewalks, water distribution, sanitary sewers, storm drainage, buildings & grounds, boulevard trees, and landscaping. WWTP OPERATOR - CITY OF MATTOON The City of Mattoon is accepting applications for an operator at our Wastewater Treatment Plant. The open shift is Wednesday thru Saturday (4 ea 10 hrs/day, 7A to 5P). The position is open to entry level candidates and experienced operators. An educational background in biology or chemistry is a plus. Mechanical aptitude is required.
