Peterson Park Pickleball Court Improvements

The City of Mattoon has completed several upgrades to the pickleball courts at Peterson Park to improve safety, durability, and overall play experience.

Recent improvements include:

Replacing the sleeves for the pickleball net posts
Installing new concrete pylons to support a center fence
Constructing a new center fence between courts
Securing all perimeter fence posts with grout
Reanchoring the back fence for added stability

These updates help ensure the courts remain safe, secure, and ready for continued community use.

We appreciate your patience during these improvements and hope you enjoy the upgraded courts!
