OIL & CHIP SCHEDULE

The City of Mattoon and Earl Walker Company will be oil and chipping the City streets listed below.

Preparations will begin at 7 a.m. on Tuesday, August 25th, 2026. Weather permitting, the project should take approximately one week to complete between the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The City asks that you refrain from parking vehicles on listed roadsides during the scheduled times of the project.

Dodge Grove Cemetery
East/West streets of Stinson, Annis, and Bell Ave from 9th-17th Street.
North/South streets of 7th-12th street from Charleston Ave to Marshall Ave
