The City of Mattoon is hereby informing residents of an upcoming public hearing for discussion and a resolution of support regarding the City of Mattoon's application to the IDNR Boat Access Area Development (BAAD) grant program, which would fund the creation of an ADA Accessible Kayak launch to be installed at Lake Mattoon.
