CITY OF MATTOON PUBLIC WORKS LABORERS The City of Mattoon is accepting applications for 2 openings in the Street Department. The Street Department maintains; streets, sidewalks, water distribution, sanitary sewers, storm drainage, buildings & grounds, trees, and landscaping. Starting pay is $21.94/hr for experienced construction workers, and $18.58/hr for applicants without construction experience.
