The City of Mattoon has a consultant performing pavement condition ratings through out the city starting Tuesday, December 3, 2024, through Thursday, December 5, 2024.  The crew will be driving slowly over every street under the City of Mattoon’s jurisdiction to evaluate the pavement condition of each city street.
